Anthell Electronics Flush Mount Fingerprint & RFID Access Controller (AE-FR1, IP66, 12V)

The AE-FR1 is an innovative access control system that offers a combination of FINGER and RFID functions. It allows you to easily and securely open doors with your fingerprint or an RFID card and accommodates up to 1000 users, 100 finger users, 890 RFID card users, and 10 guest users. The system is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and offers reliable weather protection thanks to its robust stainless steel front and protection class IP66.

Connection Variants
The first variant of the AE-FR1 is a standalone version that is mounted directly outdoors. If access has been successfully identified via fingerprint or RFID card, the door is controlled directly via the integrated relay.

The second variant of the AE-FR1 is used in conjunction with an SRM safety relay module. The AE-FR1 is also installed outside here and acts as a reading unit. The SRM module and the DIN rail power supply are installed indoors. The AE-FR1 and the electric door opener/motor lock are connected to the SRM module. As soon as access has been successfully identified, the door opener/motor lock/garage door drive is actuated via the SRM module. The SRM module breaks the connection between the AE-FR1 and the door opener/motor lock/gate operator as soon as the access controller registers minimal movement. This makes outside tampering impossible, making the AE-FR1 an indispensable part of any home or business security system.
