AJAX WaterStop / Wasserstop Ventil (Electric Water Valve with Remote Control)

WaterStop automatically shuts off the water supply in the object with an Ajax security system within 5 seconds when LeaksProtect or a flood detector from another manufacturer is triggered. The device combines a high-quality valve with a powerful electric actuator. With the Ajax app and an internet connection, you can control WaterStop from anywhere in the world and check its current status. In addition, you have the option to set up scenarios to automatically turn off the water at a specific time or when the system is armed.

Control via App
WaterStop enables the convenient control of the water supply directly via the Ajax app. Receive notifications with important details such as device name, virtual room, activation time, and the name of the user who opened or shut off the water supply. By simply clicking the toggle in the WaterStop field in the Devices menu of the Ajax apps, you can change the valve contacts to the opposite direction and stop or restore the water supply - even remotely, ideal for country houses.

Alternatively, the water supply can also be controlled from the menu by swiping up to open a list of automation devices and changing the valve state by clicking the toggle in the WaterStop panel. Simple and practical - WaterStop offers a smart solution for water control on the object.

Manual Control
WaterStop allows convenient manual control of the water supply via the Ajax app. Users can use either the electric drive or the lever to open or close the shut-off valve. This flexible control option offers safety and ease of use, whether for installation or emergencies. With WaterStop, users retain full control of their water supply.

Automation Scenarios
WaterStop offers a variety of automation scenarios to optimize safety and simplify routine tasks. It responds to alarms, security mode changes, and schedules. With just a push of a button, users can turn the water supply on or off. In addition, it offers protection against excessive temperature, humidity, and CO concentration. With WaterStop's intelligent scenarios, users can conveniently adjust the water supply to their needs and efficiently increase the security of their homes.

Temperature Range
WaterStop notifies users of overheating when the temperature reaches +60°C. The notifications are sent to both the end-user apps and PRO Desktop, allowing for continuous monitoring of the devices at the object. This function has no impact on WaterStop's main task, which is to regulate the water supply. As soon as the device temperature returns to normal, you will also receive a notification via the Ajax app. With WaterStop you stay informed about the temperature in your system and can identify and correct possible overheating in good time.

Anti-Skid Protection
WaterStop has effective anti-blocking protection to prevent the shut-off valve from sticking. Regularly opening and closing the valve avoids the formation of a thick layer of limescale inside, which could affect functionality. A PRO or a user with admin rights can set the maintenance frequency by creating a scheduled scenario.

Protection against Unauthorized Disassembly
WaterStop is equipped with robust protection against unauthorized disassembly to ensure the safety and integrity of the device. It comes with two clips that prevent tampering with the electric actuator. No matter what clamp is installed, WaterStop notifies users and monitoring contractors immediately if an attempt is made to remove the actuator from the isolation valve. The pre-installed clip allows for quick attachment of the electric drive, while the anti-sabotage clip ensures a secure connection and makes removal of the drive difficult should unauthorized attempts be made.
