With advanced functions, ERA supports its users in everyday life: If desired, photos of visitors are automatically taken and stored internally or on a microSD card up to 32GB. Thanks to the ultra-slim design and the restrained, neutral design, the monitor blends seamlessly into any living space. The display is protected from scratches by a high-quality Acrylic glass pane and is easy to clean.

Intercom Function
With up to 4 additional monitors, enjoy maximum comfort! Install an additional monitor in your favorite room to simply open the door from there and save yourself the trip into the hallway! You also have the convenient intercom function at your disposal, with which you can easily communicate between several monitors.

Balter ERA App
With the Balter ERA IP app on your Android or iOS mobile device, you can conveniently operate the ERA intercom system - be it from the studio, garden, swimming pool, or any room in the house. This functionality offers unsurpassed ease of use.

Tuya Smart App
With the Tuya Smart App, you can control your video door phone from anywhere - open the door for guests remotely. You get instant notifications on your smartphone when someone rings the doorbell. You can also set up smart features, such as automatically turning on lights when the camera detects motion. The app not only links the door intercom but also other smart devices in your home, giving you convenience and control. Thanks to the Tuya Smart App you can use alarm systems (which are supported by the Tuya Smart App) and the Balter ERA video door phone via the same app.

Compatible with MicroSD Cards
So that you can save even more videos and photos of visitors, the internal memory can be expanded with a standard microSD card up to 32GB. This gives you enough space for hundreds of videos and up to 1024 photos (or up to 128 videos). If necessary, you can export the data to your computer and save it permanently.

IP Video Surveillance
By integrating IP video cameras into the surveillance system, you can keep an eye on access at all times via the large ERA monitor or via your smartphone. This is particularly useful where there are structural restrictions that may affect the view of the video door phone. Camera brands supported are Balter, DaHua, HiKvision, XM, and other brands*

* RTSP address is required to add other cameras to the system. The RTSP address must be entered as follows: rtsp://192.xxx.x.x/user=admin&password

2-Wire BUS Technology
2-wire BUS technology ensures unrivaled ease and speed of installation. Two wires are enough to transmit video, audio, and power at the same time - this minimizes the work and costs involved right from the installation stage. If ERA replaces an existing older door intercom system, the old wiring can normally be reused.
