Article description

Here you get one of the world's best window feedthroughs. Minimal attenuation, maximum shielding. In addition, an integrated aluminum core protects the coaxial cable from being crushed. Tested up to 30,000 window closures. No more drilling necessary.

To offer you the best reception quality, we use a well-shielded coaxial cable. Only this protects you from interference such as neighbors' WLAN networks, weather stations, cordless DECT phones, cell phones, radio clocks, radio antennas, radio transmitters, amateur radio operators or baby monitors.

Thanks to excellent workmanship and the use of very good components, we achieve the lowest attenuation values, a linear frequency response and the lowest reflections even in the highest frequency range.

Advantages of the new DUR-line ® window feedthrough:
The well-shielded coaxial cable used ensures optimal and interference-free signal transmission.
An often neglected issue when it comes to television reception is the quality of the cables used.
Absolutely unsuitable as window feedthroughs are the copper-colored ribbon cables, which are completely unshielded and transmit interference from DECT telephones, WLAN networks, cell phones, etc. into the cable without protection.
In addition, these window feedthroughs have high attenuation losses of 6 to 10 dB.
In the past, these cables were used as loudspeaker cables.
In order to achieve an impedance of 75 ohms, a series resistor was also attached or the conductor tracks were adjusted accordingly.
The built-in aluminum core is particularly advantageous in the new DUR-line ® window feedthrough.
This protects the coaxial cable from being crushed when the window is opened and closed.
With other window feedthroughs, the signal cable is crushed when the window is opened and closed. This changes the wave and line resistance and leads to unwanted reflections. A crushed coaxial cable always creates attenuation and reflection points. This can cause certain transponders and frequency ranges to fail.

- Less than 1.0 dB attenuation at 2200 MHz
- Mechanically tested up to 30,000 window closures
- The built-in aluminum core keeps the shape adapted to the window frame and protects the cable
- Highest quality workmanship
- Linear frequency response
- Best return loss
- End pieces can be screwed on
