Alcoholic Solution for Hand Disinfection
DR. GRIMM WIEGAND'S hand disinfection is an alcoholic disinfectant for hygienic hand disinfection. Effective against bacteria, yeasts and viruses (limited virucidal PLUS).
Composition
DR. GRIMM WIEGAND'S hand disinfection is an aqueous-alcoholic solution with skin-care additives. Active ingredient: 73.0 g / 100g ethanol (80% v / v)
Properties
DR. GRIMM WIEGAND'S hand disinfection was developed for hygienic hand disinfection without water and is particularly well tolerated by the skin. Glycerin is included as a skin-care component. DR. GRIMM WIEGAND'S hand disinfection is therefore the ideal hand disinfection for daily use and over a long period of time.
Application Areas
DR. GRIMM WIEGANDS is used wherever there is an increased risk of transmission of bacteria and viruses e.g. in industry (food processing, medical device manufacturing), in healthcare and in nursing facilities.
Application
- Approx. Rub 3-5 ml DR. GRIMM WIEGANDS hand disinfection undiluted into dry hands.
- The skin surfaces must be kept moist with the product for the specified exposure time.
- Contact times: hygienic hand disinfection (EN 1500): 30 seconds, limited virucidal PLUS (EN 14476 incl. Noro-rota and adenoviruses): 30 seconds
Legal Regulations
DR. GRIMM WIEGANDS hand disinfection is subject to the EU Biocide Regulation BAUA No. N-88693. 100g contain 73.0 g ethanol. DR. GRIMM WIEGANDS hand disinfection is classified and labeled according to EU hazardous substances law. The safety data sheet must be observed. Use disinfectant safely. Always read the label and product information before use.
Disposal
The cardboard boxes and plastic packaging can be sent for recycling. Only return the packaging to the waste collection when completely empty. Dispose of contents / container to an approved disposal company or municipal collection point.
Storage
DR. GRIMM WIEGANDS hand disinfection can be kept in closed containers at room temperature for 36 months (from the date of manufacture). The respective expiry date is stated on the packaging.
